When @ATT customer service says the wait time is 6 minutes, go ahead a double it. They are always wrong on their estimations. Why even say anything #annoying #onhold

@ATTHelp It is unreal that I move 4 phones to your service from @Verizon and I have spent more time fixing problems than the 2+ decades I was with them. The most recent issue is 2-factor authentication texts not being received. Seriously? I have to wait till tomorrow? Come on!!

@ATT @Uverse will be canceling our service tomorrow unless somebody reaches out. I’ve had a tech come out 4 times to fix our internet issues and Continual lag when gaming and still experiencing the same issue.

@ATT Y’all fiber crew you contracted out just took out my water main. This less then 3 months after they barely missed a major gas pipe line that runs near my house. Gas line company said the crew never even called them! @MPSCBrentBailey

@ATT Your technician never showed up for the appointment. I wasted my afternoon from 4pm until now, never got a call or anything?? Way to do business @ATT and I still don't have internet!!
